DEVELOPMENTS OF NEW PRODUCTS

Q- Can Raj Auto develop a new product for customer with mould participation?

A- Raj Auto has been developing customized new products for their customers worldwide with an      option of both 100% and 50% tooling cost participation.

Q- What Kind of Tooling Raj Auto can make? Is Raj Auto has designing capabilities?

A- Raj Auto has an advanced & modern tool room set up with CAD/CAM facilities and high speed      CNC machining centers. Raj Auto is presently capable of making tools for sheet metal      components, plastic injection moulding, gas products & die casting products. Raj Auto has      successfully designed & developed many new products for OEM & after market in the recent      years.

Q- Are there possibilities of carrying out any minor alterations in the existing product as       per customers customized needs?

A- Principally, it is not possible to make any alterations in the basic design originally made. However      if a customer is willing to participate in the expenses for the required modification, this can be      done.

LEAD TIME & DELIVERY TERMS

Q- Are al deliveries made by sea?

A- Yes, we normally make all deliveries by sea, unless the customer specifically demands and pays for      the Air delivery.

Q- What is the normally delivery (lead) time for any overseas order?

A- Normally it takes 30 to 45 days to dispatch the goods from our factory from the date of order      confirmation and receipt of the payment in out bank. Raj Auto, does not stock any items. 'FCL'      orders for complete 20'/40' containers are much to reach our customers then 'LCL' orders which,      inordinately get delayed at the ports.

PRICE OFFERS & SHIPPING TERMS

Q- How does Raj Auto markets its products in the overseas markets?

A- Our products are sold through the Agents appointed in various countries & we also export directly      to the wholesaler importers.

Q- What is your minimum for quantity and value?

A- We normally accept minimum order quantity of 200 pieces per item and gross minimum value of      USD 5000. However, in some exceptional cases we also accept smaller order value depending      upon the items ordered. This simply means, if the items are from out regular production lit we      can accept quantity of even less than 100 pieces per item.

Q- Can Raj Auto offer goods in any other packaging & brand and /or in plain white      boxes?

A- Yes, if the order quantities are feasible to print a special box, we can supply the products in plain      white boxes of with a customized packing design given by our customers. However, if a customer      specifically wants the goods supplied with the Customers brand, or any other marking on the      product, then we can do it after receipt of the necessary tooling participation cost. The order      quantity also has to be large enough to make this feasible.

PACKING DETAILS

Q- What is your standard packing?

A- Our standard packing is mostly a single piece in an individual box and then 6 to 40 such boxes in      a strong export worthy Master Carton.
