Automatic Sliding Threading Unit
Taper Machining Unit (15 degree/100 mm plate thickness & 45 degree/25 mm plate thickness).

1. The above rates are for cutting steel and copper only. For cutting Carbide an extra 40% on the above rates would be charged.
2. The above rates are for the job sizes of height > 20 mm and < 80 mm.
3. For job sizes beyond this range an additional 1% for every mm height (> 20 mm and < 80 mm) on the above said rates would be charged.
4. There will be additional charge for Taper Cutting for the total profile length over the total height of the job.
5. The cutting charges would be 30% extra in case there is a direct taper to be cut in the profile.
   
   Loading/ Unloading Charges
   
   
   1. Setting time will be charged @ Rs. 600/Hr. and on the actual for complicated and critical jobs.
   2. Number of wire entries will be charged @ Rs. 50.
      
      Minimum Charges
   
   
   1. In case the jobs have lesser profile length and require more of the setting time, the minimum charges will be Rs. 600 per job/setting.
